Team,

I’m sending this via E-mail and posting on our private site as well. Please review this and prepare to make comments in the next meeting Monday morning (or at 1PM meeting). I thought Edgy-Authentic as I wrote these and realize some might be overboard unless delivery is spot on. I’d like to have at least 5 of my videos cut and ready for editing by the end of next week Saturday the 12th by 4PM. I need to….

1. Create (finalize) the scripts based on Teams input
2. Submit to the team for commentary and final approval
3. Practice scripts
4. Upload into Josh’s computer for teleprompter
5. Arrange with Josh to have his computer
6. Cut video
7. Have team view and critique or approve
8. Pass to Josh

I could not find the 15 Steps to creating a video as a guide. Once I find that or someone sends it to me I will plug into that.

1. Welcome Aboard (Running Time 1:30) (Rated PG – Prospect Guidance) Contains Intense Conversion, Graphic Customer Service. Release date TBA

Synopsis – (Web 1) Hi and welcome to RealSource Brokers.com. I hope you got the voicemail I left you. Although we have never met I wanted to personally welcome you on behalf of the entire team. When we say we are glad you found us we mean it. We are totally committed to you having that oh so rare….”Wow” experience. What do you need? What are you up to? We have an app for that: And it’s all free to you. No commitment or obligation. We just want to show what we are made of. So now you have a resource for whatever you need in RealSource. If we can’t assist you for some reason we’ll tell you that and refer you to the resource you need. So thanks for your time and welcome aboard, it’s great to have you.

2. Homes can Find you (Running Time 1:45) (Rated R – Radical Assistance) Contains Disturbing Simplicity, Authentic Assistance and brief periods of “wow.” Release date TBA

Synopsis – (Web 2) So your shopping for a car….all the websites, all the car lots, Craig’s List and the classifieds in the newspapers (remember them?). What if all those cars actually cruised right on by your front yard while you were sipping – well, whatever you sip. It’s called Gateway- Light. It’s our newest and highest rated free service. People love it. You share with us what you want and we’ll have the most appropriate and relevant homes find you. Electronically! One stop shop, no multiple sights, no more lists of phone numbers to call, messages and unreturned requests for information. It’s set it and forget it at it’s best. All this for three easy installments of well, oh yea, nothing.

3. Use the GPS, Luke! (Running Time 1:45) (Rated G – Gosh these guys are amazing) Intense realization of the possibilities in the market and with our team, extended periods of gratitude and excitement. Release date TBA

Synopsis – (Web 3) So you want to get out there but your just not ready, comfortable or maybe even interested in getting in the car to look….just not there. That’s not a problem. Can we give you one of our GPS units? As always it’s free with no obligation nor commitment required. Imagine, getting a little unit, that talks to you, tells you where to go so you don’t get lost and brings you on a preprogrammed tour of actual houses on the market. You will also receive a neat little book with supporting information and color pictures of the houses…it’s an amazing tool for you. Now we will have you sing a little piece of paper saying you wont run off to Sweden with our unit or you have to pay us 200 bucks. If you dint pay the 200 Bucks the National Associations of Realtors will be on the lookout for you FOREVER!

4. Come on Down for a meet -n- greet. (Running Time 1:45) (Rated PG – Prospect Guidance) Contains brief moments of apprehension and long periods of clarity and peace

(Synopsis) So you have researched and researched and researched and it’s clear as mud as to what the next step is. How about a free consultation? Did I mention it’s free? Your experience of the process and the wisdom in your home choice will be dictated by your knowledge of the process and what professionals you ultimately will choose to work with. So here’s your chance. But you say you don’t even know what to ask. That’s not a problem, we have come up with all the questions you need to ask us. It’s really just an informal opportunity for you to sit down with an extraordinary agent with years of experience and learn, ask and familiarize yourself with what you are about to undertake. A little heavy? No, not heavy! We have had only 3 fatalities in the last decade….I’m kidding there were only 2. So are you brave? Are you committed to investing in your future?

5. Is this the home?? (Running Time 1:45) (Rated G – Gosh these guys are amazing) Contains Intense Conversion, Graphic Customer Service.

(Synopsis) – So you found a home you like on our website, RealSourceBrokers.com? That’s great. I got your message and I’ve begun the research. I was thinking it might make sense for us to speak for just a minute or two so I get what kind of questions you would like me to find answers for….you know in the first go around, is that OK with you? I’m also sending you an email with an opportunity to share about your “details”, I have a program that can have houses find you rather then the other way around….a completely different experience for you, I guarantee it. Imagine seeing 3, 4, 5 even 6 houses in a two hour period instead of one at a time. And the 6 houses will actually matter…..like, they will be the kind you are looking for. I’m happy to arrange that for you and it’s free. Let me know.

Some others for future….

Sounds amazing to me.

Thanks for taking the time and having the inspiration to put these together. I think they’re a great start and I’m really excited to start putting some videos in play before the end of the year.

I do agree some of this will be difficult to execute and won’t be right unless they are delivered spot on. “Tongue in cheek” style humor is always the hardest to pull off, in my opinion.

I think with a bit of tweaking and some practice we’ll be good.

Thanks again. I’ll be a stand for getting these cut by the 12th (in ready for editing).

Ben, congratulations on getting this done today.. You’ll always remember your first:

http://www.realsourcebrokers.com/blog/kirkwood-atlanta-neighborhood-tour.html

It’s been great to see the team take on the video like we have this week. We’re only scratching the surface here and I’m inspired and motivated to dig deeper and make this work.

Ben … here’s your project list for the rest of the week ;)

1. Oakhurst
2. East Lake
3. East Atlanta

I had an idea on how both you and I can approach these together and get at least one video posted for the featured neighborhoods here: http://www.realsourcebrokers.com/intown-atlanta-real-estate.php

My thought was we approach it from Buyer/Seller angles which, taken together, will be a holistic view of the neighborhoods.

You stick with lifestyle/buyer oriented posts. Maybe hit the following themes:

1. History (try wikipedia for talking points) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kirkwood_%28Atlanta%29
2. Typical style and architecture of homes
3. Convenience (location, amenities, shopping, public transportation, etc)
4. Buyer Profile/Avatar (who buys here and why)
5. Price Attractiveness (first time, upgrade, family, gay friendly, etc)

And I’ll stay with the more “nitty gritty”, market/seller oriented posts:

1. Type of market (seller vs. buyer)
2. # homes for sale
3. # of recent sales and absorption rates
4. Average sales prices
5. Where the market is going from here

How’s that sound?
