Actually, this would fall in BEFORE. Think of “Social Media” platforms as a way to increase exposure to the marketplace (buyers and sellers of real estate). The short term goal is to increase the traffic to our website and “own” more of the internet space. The long term goal is to build brand equity and – with the right approach – increase the number of buyers and sellers who decide our service is the right fit for them without having to use dated, traditional methods of outbound sales.
